Subject: Retirement of the 4th Degree Regalia
Date: June 7, 2019
Cc: Paul Isherwood
On June 5, 2019, our Supreme Master, Dennis Stoddard issued a Memorandum on the Uniform Policy which will take place effective midnight, June 30, 2019.
As the memo points out, we are all expected as Catholic gentlemen to follow the new policy change and only wear the new uniform.
To insure our compliance with rules of the order, I am requesting all of the Faithful Navigators collect their commander regalia.
This will insure that our commanders will be in compliance with the new uniform policy. I will also request my Marshals to return their regalia.
I am also hopeful that the leadership in each of the assembly, will adhere to the new policy and encourage its membership to accept the new changes.
As leaders of the fourth degree, we need to demonstrate that we can walk the talk and are in compliance with the rules of the order.
